At Cornerstone Family Wellness, we believe the financial side of care should feel clear — not confusing.


Too often in healthcare, people don’t know what something will cost until weeks later when a bill arrives. That is not the experience we want for our patients.


We are a fee-for-service practice, which means pricing is transparent from the beginning. You’ll know what to expect before your visit so you can make informed decisions without uncertainty.


Our goal is simple: honest pricing, thoughtful care, and no surprises.

A Different Approach to Payment

Cornerstone Family Wellness does not participate with insurance plans for office visits or in-office procedures. Payment is due at the time of service.


This allows us to practice medicine without interference from insurance guidelines, visit limits, or rushed timelines. It allows us to focus on what matters most—clear communication, thoughtful care, and making sure each patient is fully understood.

No Memberships. No Monthly Fees.

This is not a subscription-based practice.


You will simply pay for what you need, when you need it — nothing more.

Office Visit Pricing

Our visits are intentionally structured to provide focused, personalized care based on your needs.

  • New Patient Visit — $225
  • Annual Physical Exam — $200
  • Established Patient Visit — $150
  • PAP Exam Visit — $200
  • Sports Physical — $75
  • Extended Functional Medicine Visit — $450

Additional procedures are available. All pricing will be clearly discussed with you before services are performed.

  • X-ray — $100
  • Incision & Drainage — $150
  • EKG — $75
  • Laceration Repair (minor) — $175
  • Laceration Repair (major) — $250
  • Ear Lavage — $40
  • Toenail Removal — $150
  • Skin Biopsy — $75 to $100
  • Wart Removal/Cryotherapy — $170
  • Spirometry — $75

Injections

  • B12 Injection — $50

  • Emergency Epi Injection — $200

Testing & Labs

Lab work and vaccines may be billed through insurance when applicable.
